As pictured, new, never used but installed on passenger side of my T70. Has pressure locking cap and includes key. Has gasket and mounting screws. Spring loaded roller catch.

Nope, the Garage Sale area is open to all. You're getting confused with the cars section, where you do have to pay a small fee to advertise a car for sale. Helps keep this place afloat.
