Although the rest of the site should not actually have posted just yet :P. Planning to launch that on July 21st (exactly 3 years since the first site).
The old site is still available HERE. I suggest you look at this one as the new one is no where near finished!
Sorry to hear about your "better half".
I can't wait to see shots of the new workshop and also a continuation of the proceedings . |

Have you noticed any shrinkage with the MDF "rib" sections or did you seal then to stop any movement.?
cheers Greg |

No shrinkage issues so far that I am aware of, more the other way around in Brissy's humidity on wet days. Mainly evident at slip joints where pieces fit together getting tighter.
So no, no sealer was applied
I am now in a lot drier and cooler climate so I guess we will see later this week.

empty as we got it
The plug in the container just before it was unloaded
I now have a sizable mezanine for storage.
The 90 is small compared to the MY03 Subaru.
the new "clean" workshop before the doors went on
still some mess but getting there
shed heater turns up this week, it was -2degC last night......

Rep Power: 2 | Re: GT90 from ground up Des, I think the 90 may have shrunk when you see it next to the Subaru? . . .it didn't seem that much smaller. I bet she is getting a little chilly down that way at the moment!!

Rep Power: 1 | Re: GT90 from ground up Des, looks amazing next to that beast of a Subaru. Really low down. It's so nice to see a size comparison to another car finally. Years of not really knowing how big the car would appear. |

Rep Power: 9 | Re: GT90 from ground up some pics of rear face of deck
corners of outer openings done in timber as for front air intake
inner ones done in straight putty as a trial, it's way faster than timber
seems to work fine, only drawback is I need to turn it upside down for the top ones
more to come as I finish this part off
fwiw the heater works a treat

Working on edges of openings and bottom edge as well as actual rear face itself
Next step should be infills of openings and checking tapers etc for mould release.

thanks for kind words
still too early for any accuracy with pricing
