Rep Power: 2 | PB's Tornado build (Northants,UK) The fateful day has arrived and I collected my Tornado chassis, which is now sitting my garage, so I can now start to build my GT40.
The first batch of parts
Ready to turn it into a rolling chassis.

There is an Italian beauty sitting just out of shot, as you can see in this pic P7132556.jpg

Rep Power: 2 | Re: PB's Tornado build (Northants,UK) As you can see things are starting to progress
Chassis turned to put the floor on.
Floor Pan Blank from Tornado ready to be measured and then cut.
My little helper Poppie (there won't be a passenger seat it'll be a dog basket instead )
Floor pan cut and rivet holes marked ready for drilling
All the holes drill, ready for sealant and rivetting into place
Time for a rest.

I am never going to complain about my lack of space again.
You have added a whole new dimension to the build challenge.
Good luck with the new project.
