H everything is looking great, does it run yet. I will assume the center console will be available at some point along with all of the other parts your developing. H your opinion color match frame to exterior of car or black.

Larry
Larry the center console all be made out of fiberglass for Jared's build so yes more could be done the gear shift lever will be a separate dome bonded on as most will not have the stock GT shift lever, it will be over length also so that it can be trimmed to suit.

On the chassis color, personal I'm leaving them both bear aluminum. Black would be very dark if trying to work. all of the factory cars were silver regardless of the body color.
It's a personal choice really, but in answer to your question "body color or black" for me neither.

And yes Larry it dose run, well kind of. Trying to run a Aluminator 5.2 XS with an ECU for a Coyote 5.0 is not exactly ideal, it has no idea where it wants to be. Hopefully next Saturday will have all of this fixed when I take it to Adam Brown of Revolution Automotive in Rosedale MD

Re: H Craft GT-R

Finally after much head scratching on how to make the wipers work with full function, today I caught a break, Ron McCall pointed me to a thread by Ken Roberts, with schematics
for the Intrigue wiper system, out of this I've managed to put together a full functioning system. thanks to both.

Re: H Craft GT-R

Allan with both of us having GTR builds coming up I'm sure Andy will be getting a lot of calls for parts so H be prep'd after July Sept because all the fun begins. I really like the hood and rear clam shell feature so I will more than likely be doing both.

Re: H Craft GT-R

H I didn't realize until this morning how involved you were with the development of the Robertson Racing Car, now it all makes sense you know these cars really well. I hope I can draw on some of your intermittent knowledge with these cars if everything works out the way I want it to I would like to build more than one.

Yes Larry, Team Manager. On the car build from the very beginning, we were quite an operation with the two cars, almost 30 strong at a race weekend.

And billet vents which can be found on Ebay.

I've been trying to add some old video's from early in the race program to my you tube channel, although not necessarily about the kit car it is however where it all started.

Re: H Craft GT-R

A day at the dyno, 485 RWHP @ 7,800 RPM and 382 ft lb of torque on 93 pump gas
A great day was had at the dyno.
I was definitely airing on the side of drivability rather than all out HP, The XS 5.2 Aluminator is good for 575+ HP and 8,600 RPM with 445 ft lb of torque at the crank, but we only pushed it to 7,800 RPM allowing for 18 to 20% of transaxel loss I'm pretty happy with the outcome.
It was a long trip 12 hrs each way but great to see it all work out so well, no leeks or real problems
