I am selling my GTD and will be offering it for two different prices. a before new paint and after. The paint is a 10 footer, certainly presentable, but not up to my standard.

Very nice spec GTD:

Ford 351w, with Edelbrock heads, MSD ignition, Avaid pan, really trick valve covers and air cleaner cover with " GT40 " logo milled into them.

Porsche G50 transaxle.

Pindrive knock off Halibrands, w, 225 front and 295 rear Dunlops, new.

All leather interior, including dash and door panels, quick release wheel.

JFZ/Wilwood brakes, aluminum radiator, oil cooler.

Price is $57,000 before paint and $62,000 after. Currently the car is Ferrari blood red, w white center stripes and will be repainted in same color scheme. Can have any other two color paint scheme done for an additional $2,000 .

Email for pics, serious only.

Re: GTD For Sale

Geez Gordy, how many of these things have you owned ??? :)

I'm still gunning for my first, this is, what, your third that I know of. Plus the GT (or
two)?

Cheers,

Ian

Re: GTD For Sale

Ian,

Yes, I've had a few, this is my sixth one, if you don't count the GT. I owned this car before and sold it to a great guy, Brian Clark, who had it for several years before I bought it back from him. I guess it's in my blood.

Thanks for the kind words about the car Fran, at one time I think I was ahead of you but you are clearly the leader with the most toys now.

One more day and then the car goes to paint.

Re: GTD For Sale

Gordy,

Looks like a very nice car.

Although I already have one, if the car was first registered at least 15 years ago, this car would be a very good buy for any Canadian, as this would be a quick and easy import into Canada compared to any newer builds. I only mention it because the question arose again recently.

Good luck with the sale.

Re: GTD For Sale

Hello Gordy

how is your car registered ? (date of 1.registration and type of car in the car papers). I am looking for a car for a swiss friend.

Kind regards

Re: GTD For Sale

I have had a couple of people contact me recently reference the GTD I had for sale a year ago. To answer both of you at once, yes, the car is still available.

I would take $55,000 for the car, but this is a limited time offer, as I am also selling a Boss 429.

Whichever one goes first, keeping the other.

Thanks
