I notice they are not calling it a "GT40", even though it might well be a more accurate assembly than the Superformance product that Safir allows to use the trademarked name "GT40". This one uses the correct T44 transmission.....and, being produced now and back in the 1960's by Holman-Moody, could this one pass the "did you originally create it" test.....interesting dilema, no? Perhaps Holman-Moody should join in with Ford and Safir and Superformance in the trademark fray?

As originally posted,Holman IS in it,specifically as the movant in the trademark dispute(not a court case).
