Superformance GT40 P2171 is a MK II in Lamborghini Titanium metallic with Diamond Black stripes on the top and sills. This GT40 has been used as our show and display car for the last two years and is ready to go. Powered by a Roush 427 SR Windsor engine with the "twisted wedge" cam upgrade it dynos at 515 HP putting the power through a new RBT ZF 5DS transaxle.

The chassis features all of the good Superformance stuff, standard air conditioning with heat, oil cooler, Alcantera seats and of course the original style pressed steel tub and double panel roof spider (yes, you CAN pull yourself out of the car by grabbing the top of the windshield and not "pop" it out or crack it)

Factory options include:
* LHD drive
* Left side Gurney bubble
* "Halibrand" style GT40 "Wineglass" wheels with polished rims and painted centers
* Steel knock-offs in lieu of aluminum
* Deleted front "quick jacks" (no ankle knockers when you walk in front of the car)
* Silver ceramic coated exhaust system

The chassis has been upgraded with all factory service upgrades; A/C relay system, Ammeter wiring upgrade, Door "A" pillar lower weather seals, etc.

An extensive program of our Time Machines upgrades for cabin sealing and HVAC performance improvement has been installed and tested using this car. Paths for ambient air intrusion have been sealed to improve A/C function and reduce noise and water intrusion.

Gas struts from Olthoff Racing hold the rear deck up to allow you to see the LizardSkin spray on heat insulation installed over the engine and exhaust to reduce heat transfer and possible paint damage at extended idle.

The Roush engine has the "FE" style aluminum valve cover upgrade as well as a polished intake manifold. A billet fuel filter has been added feeding the stainless steel fuel lines.

New front/rear Wilwood brake master cylinders are feed via braided stainless lines in lieu of the standard rubber lines.

Billet LED license plate bolts provide the illumination for the rear plate. A fire extinguisher nestles under the front of the drivers seat for "at hand" access.

Yokohama Avid tires are mounted front/rear and are in excellent condition.

No "open track" use, this GT40 has been on track at Watkins Glen pacing our Superformance "Laps@Lunch" parade laps at moderate speeds.

A very well sorted and drivable car. I do not hesitate to take it on extended drives with no concerns of issues or overheating. You CAN use this car!

Currently has 6500 miles of fun on the odometer. Titled as a "1966 Superformance GT40" with a Florida title. Reduced to $127,900.....to duplicate this car today will be well over $165,000 (we will be glad to order and build one to your specs if you desire)
