| Thames Valley Classic & Sports Car Day
We have been invited by the TV region of the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club to the Classic & Sports Car Day at the Stag & Huntsman pub in Hambleden on Sunday 8 May. If it's a nice day, it would make a superb run out of London and the pub has food and, of course, beer.
They are expecting upwards of 300 cars and there's loads of room for parking. We're already expecting half a dozen GT40s - the more the merrier. Either bring a picnic or eat in the pub; there might even be a barbecue.
To get there, take the A4155 either from Henley or Marlow and follow the map attached. The event starts at 12 noon, when the pub opens and continues for as long as people want to stay. |
