Rep Power: 11 | Le Mans Classic 2006 Pictures Well I'm surprised no one else has started a thread on this yet, so I will take this opportunity. Rathr than everyone start their on thread & post 100s of pics, I thought maybe if everyone who had some posted a few of their best/favourite pics it would make a nicer 'album'. I have posted a few pics in other threads already, so won't duplicate on these either.

Rep Power: 11 | Fantastic pictures - next time the overnight Friday from Goodwood clearly has to be the way to go to be able to do both !
Can anyone help the train spotter in me by confirming which cars were competing apart from the unfortunate 1062 & 1010 - special prize for the 917 chassis nos
That no 5 gold rear looks to have had a hard weekend too |

Rep Power: 24 | Hi Mike
well, spotted the Gold No 5 Mk11 had a new rear clip fitted after a trip into the gravel trap. I did both along with Andy Booth well worth the effort

Chris. |

Rep Power: 4 | I'm looking to identify some of those cars in the pictures...
I think the yellow #45 is #1077 (I see part of the Lynx Motors logo in the background). The yellow #49 is a mystery since it too is in the Lynx area, but I don't see anything on their website.
Is the red #59 chassis #1042 or is it the evil #1040???
What about the light blue #51???
I know, questions, nothing but questions. But how is a boy supposed to learn???

Rep Power: 11 | I agree, stunning pics.
which chassis no is the gold mkII 1016 ??
It looks like a mkIIB from the oil tank in the rear and twin carbs, but has a IIA rear frame and clip...
