David, Should be at the top of the list! I prefer the Revival, but that's just me!
Have not been able to attend for 2 years, I really look forward to the next time.

If there is ANY event on your list, the Goodwood Revival could be a "Once in a lifetime" experience. Just do it!

anyone see my friend Adrian Smith in the Fensport Celica on the timed event? was winning it at one point, 4th overall eventually, home built 600bhp Celica! :)

Well done to all the GT40 Enthusiasts Club team who attended this year. I was there on Friday and the club's contribution to this year's festival was very well received. Thanks to Nigel Hulme for the loan of his Superformance and Glen Mason for his Southern GT. Also thanks to Lord March for his continuous support of the event and our club... Andrew (Chairman) GT40 Enthusiasts Club - Front Page

Agreed Andrew and a big THANK YOU should go to David Scaife for organising the Club's appearance.

Great to see such interest by the public in the cars and the GT40 Enthusiasts Club.

Good to see you all. I hope Ians pictures of the Red Arrows behind the flag were the ones he wanted. I think the task of sticking Max's details on the Gt40 clubs handout was rather calming and theropeutic. I think I was addicted to it in the end! Thanks David for your organisation and to everyone on the stand.
Regards Allan

Many thanks to all of those who helped to make the event such a success, without this sterling effort & the loan of two great cars it would have come to nothing!

Another tick in the box of a growing list of must do's.

Cheers for all the support.
David.

Alan, here are some of the results of our labour

Thats the Ford UK car, along with P1008 being a Mark 1, although when i last took a look, P1008 is far from original in terms of parts replaced, with non original spec parts.

You can keep your replicas - that's what I want! My favourite colour too.

Lottery rollover today - £150 mil. I'll have one for the weekend as well.. :)

Is it just me? I never, ever get tired of looking at the lines of a GT40. Keith that is a fantastic looking car so good luck on your lotto play. It inspired me to make a cuppa tea and go to the garage pull up a chair as the rain pours down and just sit and admire Eric Broadly's stunning design that he perfectly executed. I still pinch myself that its sitting in my garage. Replica or not. My apologies for the thread drift.....

Seems to of missed out 16 million as the jackpot was 166 million so if you don't mind could I borrow a little Mill off you to fulfill a little dream I have? I got 3 numbers and in my book thats worse than no numbers, I was only 4 numbers away from becoming a very rare classic car dealer for the rest of life.
