For me, the saddest part of Stephane's post, is the thought that a defence such as,
"Sorry Your Honour, I don't remember how much I have drunk", or, "After the third drink I became unable to judge exactly how impaired I was", etc. would beat the prosecutors argument and the chap would walk free!

As for revenue generation, how long before we should be forced to carry our own Police-Grade Handcuffs and perhaps even tow a mobile holding cell behind our vehicles, just in case we break the law in some other way??? I can see it now, all those British Caravans with Bars on the windows! ROFLMAO
