Creating the Ford GT40 by Carrol Smith

Anyone know were I can buy this book or does someone have one they would like to trade? I have several interesting books in duplicate - email me if you are interested. It seems all of the book dealers are out of stock and no committment to when they might receive.

I preordered the book from Amazon some time ago and they recently notified me that they had no shipment date and they cancelled the order.

Looking around the SAE website (Amazon lists them as the publisher), I didn't find "Creating the Ford GT40", but I found two more books by Carrol Smith that I didn't know about (the second book was edited by him).
