Need your opinion.

I have a modelling store in Italy, specialized mainly in military modelling.
I make also several models under request of my customers and....when some time left i make some kits for my pleasure.

Now i have a request for u.
Do u prefer models done as brand new or dusted ones?.
In Military modelling the old/dust effect is really the masterpiece of the painting part, but in car modelling many ask me just for brand new painted cars.
Just 5 yrs ago i made a set of 917k superdetailing the old Heller kits(using only the body) and making a race garage of Porsche 956.
And they won everything in european contest.

So..just tell me your opinion for the finishing for u is better.

Thx
Paul

Re: Need your opinion.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I like 'em both ways - clean or well-raced.

I used to do a lot of military models so I capiche the desire
for the mud & dust - I also do a little model railroading,
and the same is well received.

Heck, I have a plastic 1979 Camaro Z28 which has a primered body -
just for laughs
