Rep Power: 4 | Re: new Gt40 model from Minichamps 1:43 I believe the 917/20 is the notorious "pink pig" 917 that had the sectioned cuts of pork livery. It's pretty wild.Alain deCadenet said it literally "sucked him of the road" at LeMans. He probably just lost it.Haha |

Rep Power: 7 | Re: new Gt40 model from Minichamps 1:43 Sorry Paolo for being a bit of a smart ass but the 917/20
is something like this:
Some drivers and engineers said it was the perfect 917, others just didn`t come to grips with that 2,20 metres wide piggy. |

Rep Power: 27 | Re: new Gt40 model from Minichamps 1:43 eheh..and u wellknow I love your pointing Marcus.
I was even looking at Minichamps website ( Willkommen bei Minichamps / Welcome to Minichamps )..and they also make the piggy car..even named as a 917/20, as well as the one I posted before.
So, why this big difference in the same (model)car?

Rep Power: 4 | Re: new Gt40 model from Minichamps 1:43 No kiddin" that was the 20. I never knew that. I wonder if the mysterious 16 cylinder successor to the 30 was going to be the 40. I think they actually had the engine together.
