I found this on Ebay. Don't know exactly if it is one that will work for a GT40...
Description: Rebuilt 901 5 speed transmission. New 1st gear synchro, 1st/rev slider, seals. Shifts flawlessly. Includes transmission support with 2 each new sport mounts.
