FORD GT40 , COBRA FORD, LOLA FORD AND FORMULA 5000 FORD ENGINE SPARES.
ITEM 1: 3X Sets (6 off) of Gurney Eagle/Weslake Aluminum Cylinder Heads, used and in excellent condition.
The above-mentioned heads raised the performance level considerably of Ford Engined racing cars racing all around the world. Especially instrumental in Ford's Quest for victory at Le Mans.
2 x sets of the abovementioned heads are similar to one another. The third set being radically different in respect of their combustion chamber shape etc. The combustion chambers are smaller, making provision for higher compression applications if so desired.
2x Sets of the above-mentioned heads are absolutely complete, comprising of the following:
· Valves
· Valve Springs,
· Rocker Shaft, Rockers and pedestals
· Tappet covers
· And lastly water jackets.
The third set is minus a couple of valves and rockers. The Ideal situation would be to own one set of the regular chamber shape heads and in addition also the set of radical shallow chamber heads, in order to alternate and experiment and research various applications, especially compression ratios, The Valves and rockers are common to both the above mentioned sets of heads and are therefore interchangeable.
