Brake pads...

I have the vented Cosworth disks on the rear of my GTD40 and seem to be eating through brake pads (which are the Mintex 1144 compound) at an alarming rate - 2 or 3 track days per set!

This time I'm thinking about going to the Mintex 1155 compound, which is more track biased. Does anyone have any experience of these? Are they suitable for road use?
