GTD steering column

I know it's supposed to be a dolomite item, But upon dissasembling mine, the dolomite bushes I bought have no resemblance to anything I took out?
I have a lower steering column bearing on order to replace the one I took out, but not only do the bushes not fit anywhere, there is was an upper bearing (shot and a different size to the lower bearing) that the triumph specialist says does not exist?

HELP!!!!!

Simon

Re: GTD steering column

I believe that the lower bushing is a part that was made by GTD. How about making a new one from Nylon or something like that?

Re: GTD steering column

Thans Howard, I have the lower column support which was a GTD item, thats fine. Also now I THINK I have the lower column bearing sorted, it still seems to be the upper bearing I will have a problem with.
