15" Michelin Tyres

I was looking at the Longstone Tyres ad in the latest Fortyfication (GT40 Enthusiasts Club mag). In addition to the excellent Avon CR6ZZ they show a Michelin TB15. Does anyone have any knowledge of this tyre on a GT40 - particularly in the wet!
Thanks
Mike

Mike,

TB15 are great tires on road and track incl wet when you have 15' wheels.
but limited in livetime because of soft grip compound.

Re: 15" Michelin Tyres

Also they seem to be lower profile than the Avons and would probably look odd on a (proper) 15" wheeled 40.
