Question Holley "red" pump with Webbers?

Has anyone used a Holley "red" fuel pump with Webbers?

Thanks,

I was told by the Weber people to use the LP Carter fuel pump.

The Holley Red will be fine. You will still need the Holley low pressure regulator. I have ran Webers for a long time. If you have any questions let me know. I might have been there before.

Webers are very sensative to fuel pressure. ~3-5psi You might consider running a bypass regulator with a return line.

Re: Holley "red" pump with Webbers?

Thanks guys!!!!
I am working on a Pantera with webbers and a mechanical pump.He rerely drives the car (every three weeks) and when he does,it takes a bit to get the bowls filled up so it will run.
I thought a electric pump would do the trick.

Cool Re: Holley "red" pump with Webbers?

Carter has a rotary pump that is preset to about 3.5 lbs, it puts out enough volume for the webers and will not over power the floats. I run 2 of those on my CAV and they work very well.
