from french newbie kva help

a friend off mine have in france a complete body mkii for kva chassis i can buy it for low price....
i have read with big interest lot off topics about this kind off chassis. i think is a good choice.
but nowhere to buy one!!!
is that chassis already built ? where can i buy one in this case.
if its not possible to buy one is the drawing or plans exist to built one
or another chassis could be mount on my body whitout lot off modifs?

Since KVA was the first and most, if not all, of the kits evolved from it, I would have to guess that the body could be put on either a GTD or Tornado chassis. You might want to check with Andy Sheldon at Tornado to get his opinion.

I am kind of surprised that some of the GTD guys haven't chimed in on this. My guess is that if any modifications would be needed, it would be to the body itself. Fibreglass requires less specialized equipment to work with than a steel chassis and I suspect the cutting and welding is what you are hesitating about.

Why don't you contact Roy Smart , in the UK. I believe he is making a continuation ,improved version of the GTD chassis. You can find him thru the GTD club.
