Inlet Manifold for 302 with Victor Junior Heads

A Question for Gordon Levy (and anyone else who can give me an answer). I have a 302 to which I have fitted Eidelbrock Victor Junior cylinder heads. The Eidelbrock Victor Junior Inlet Manifold (part number 2921) is far to tall to take a Holley under the rear window on a GTD. What Inlet manifold suitable for these heads and to fit in a GT40 would you recommend? Frank

I'd go with one of the Air Gap manifolds they have. Saw a dyno run with that back to back against the Victor intake and it gave up little on the top end (maybe 5-7%) and added A LOT of mid range over the Victor. It should fit.

As you know, it ain't the peak that matter but the area under the curve.

If not that manifold you could go Performer and be okay too.

I would use the torquer. Its low with minimul hp loss over the Victor Jr intake, make sure you port match the intake.
