Valve stem oil seal identification

Can anybody please identify these oil seals for me. Also can anyone recommend them or suggest good alternatives. They are for valve guides of od 17/32, and I have valve stem diameters of 5/16 (inlet) and 11/32 (exhaust). Part numbers would be even better.
Thanks very much
