I think the V12s are too long. At least they are too long for the P4 replicas to fit properly without getting strange driveshaft angles.

I was thinking in the lines of an Audi W12 engine. It's very compact and delivers 420 hp in stock trim. I think it might be possible to convert the transmission from 4wd to 2wd and thus have the possibility of keeping the tiptronic and gearshift on the steering wheel. Could be kind of cool.
