 DIS systems
I have read the threads fom some time ago, but would like some imput on the DIS systems(and EFI control) that are being used today, as well as pricing and ease of use. I have been looking at the Electromotive site for some time, but get the felling it is fairly pricey and support is not as good as I would like to see. I am not sure any one type is better than another, as they all have their good and bad points. I am looking for reliability and ease of maintenance. Not being an EE. I need to keep it fairly simple. I kow my way around electronics but the less complicated the better(one less headache to worry with). Are the COP systems really better(cheaper to purchase and/or maintain), or is multicoil a better way to go? How many sensors are you using? Does it have a background program if one or more sensors goes bad, enabling you to get home? I will probably be running 35-39lb. injectors on my 351/408.Thanks for the imput.
