Rep Power: 10 | "Turkey Pan" I am switching from Webers to a Holley and would like to have one of those aluminum fabrications that help keep hot air out of the carb.....
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
PS - I know GT's did not use Turkey Pans!

Rep Power: 7 | Pat...Actually the MK11's did use a pseudo turkey pan ( more a baseplate with belly band) that isn't too hard to fab...I'm having one made that will have studs on the base and holed tabs attached to the bellyband that will allow for removal of the bellyband for carb work.....if you have "The Ford That Beat Ferrari" see page 104 for the basic idea Steve |

Rep Power: 23 | Turkey pan for TWM owners,
At one time, I was going to add a turkey pan to my TWM setup. I called one of their engineers, who drew a blueprint of the baseplate that same day, and e-mailed it to me. I never got around to building the pan, but if anybody wants a copy of the blueprint, I can forward it. PM or e-mail me. BTW, I have 48mm throttle bodies.

Rep Power: 18 | I think TWM now has a top mount turkey pan / filter in either carbon or fiberglass. Mounts under the air horns, looks new but I have not been on the site for a while.
