Looks like it replaces the front cover on the engine and has brackets for acces. built in.

Be a bugger if it didn't allow fitment in the 40.Lain I reckon you should go with the gold plated rocker covers. I didn't realise girdle plates had so many holes in them but handy place for the oil pump.
