Yep, that will be enough, make sure that the end corks on the valley are not too thick. Sit manifold in place with gaskets on heads only to get an idea of how thick they need to be. factory torque for Cast Iron was 24 ft lb , but alloy only needs something in the 15 to 20 ft lb area.
