Does anybody have a cad drawing of a 302 exhaust port flange I can use?
Thanks

Re: CAD exhaust flange

Simon. It's really about what head your are using. All of the modern aluminum heads have larger exaust ports than any of the older stock iron heads for example. Not to mention that many of the heads on our cars have been ported to some degree.

So if I sent you a paper tracing of my exaust ports it really wouldn't be of much use unless you intend to copy my exaust port exit shape. And that alone doesn't do much for you with out the internal port profile. Of course you would never only work the exaust ports on a given set of heads without doing the intakes soooooo........

I would get a exaust gasket and go from there.
