302 & 5.0 Blocks -engine mount position

Do all 302 blocks have the same engine mount locations? Are they the same as 5.0? Going to beg/borrow/steal while I get my car built up to check fitment and clearances before splashing the cash on an alloy block engine, which leads to next question.
Are aftermarket blocks such as dart/world/frpp all the same in terms of mounting locations (and bellhousing bolt locations?)

Cheers
Jono

Re: 302 & 5.0 Blocks -engine mount position

All mounting points should be identical. The 5.0 is really a newer name for the 302, came into being in the late 70s when the Metric move was on again. Most 5.0 blocks are also roller cam although the earlier ones were still regular flat tappets.

Jono,
Our blocks have OE engine mount (and bell housing) positions however some applications require some minor relieveing of the casting as our blocks have more material due to expanded cooling jackets.
