Rep Power: 19 | Re: New 'Roush' for my MK IV Gee, not one sound of discontent at the thought of me disappearing into the world of electronics & silicone chips after all my ranting over 4bbl carbs and points ignition.
Keith-- yep, showpiece about sums it up!
Fatal Attraction-- The starter motor could probably break traction- should be no problems for the driveline to handle, roll center height could be an issue though.
JIMMY MAC--FAN--DABBY--DOSEY, let me guess, you actually approve, whew!
Russ--- Suspicious?
Neal---Bling--Yup.
Scott--WOW--Toss it back---you think?
Bill D---Tooooooooooooooo Sweet!--- Pretty yes,but it doesnt gel with a MkIV to me.
Pat---Sorry no Info, phone your local Roush agent.
Bruce Lambo-- sorry cant help you on $$$$$$$ or specs.
And no I have not slipped over to the 'Dark' side, just this pic arrived about the time I was trying to get my 'old school' head around attaching pics, probably should have posted in the paddock but with all that grass in the background it was already half way there & I did not want Fran to use the freedom of that forum to digress this into another sheep story! This pic was taken at a recent meet stateside by a friend while over doing driver duties at Monterey. The MK IV will be using a 'Cast Iron' FE in the engine bay- anything else would be sacrilege. Still have about 4 mths work to clear before we can make a start on converting the assy room from engines to a glass lay up area. Our climate down under at this latitude is not composite friendly without a little help.

Rep Power: 15 | Re: New 'Roush' for my MK IV Jac, tis a beautiful engine, but I am glad to hear you will be using good old cast iron. My FE sit in parts waiting for final assembly. I hear what your saying about Fran and the rolling fields. Sometimes I wonder if he crossed the pond and settled in the heavily industrial, urban area of Detriot to avoid temptations. |

Rep Power: 20 | Re: New 'Roush' for my MK IV Ah, Jac Mac,
Glad you've come clean.
Unless you'd picked that motor up somewhere for a couple of grand....... it just didn't gel with me......
Mind you, at your age, funny things happen to the mind. And there's all that grass in the paddock too...... Not to mention the sheep
BTW Are those last couple of sentences a gentle way of saying my single nostril panel is FOUR MONTHS away???? If that's true, I want my $5 back. Failing that I'll have my lawyers on it and I'll also post a warning here on 'Consumer Watch"
Cheers

Yes, I looked Frans new address up on google maps the other day-seems like he is trapped between a railway track & Emery st. That should smooth him out a little!
Swift DB4,
One of the other pics was the showroom, plenty on display, probably all mock ups though!
Russ,
WTF,you must be dreaming-now that you have made it public on the Forum I will have to send Ron some $$$ to become a supporting vendor! To top that off your $5.00 didnt even cover me fish,n,chips last friday nite & you have used up half my monthly broadband capacity with your questions & emails. When did DIY become DI4meJac?

Rep Power: 20 | Re: New 'Roush' for my MK IV Poetic justice Jac Mac since you ratcheted me up on your percentage of the prize money!! Besides you're the only one that doesn't ignore my emails.....
Go out and chop some more trees down so you can warm up that glass lay up area..... and I'll call off the fat cats.
Have a great day.
