Yes, Friend & I have been playing with that principle for some years now, has a few unknowns in its operation & I am not aware that anyone has successfully run one for any great length of time yet. Torque & low Rpm are its big features, might be the first case where you need a 1 to 1 rear axle ratio in a 40.

Yes & No, There are some factors in the concept that may make the sealing less critical than the rotary- time will tell.
