351 Windsor help

We are just about at the fire up stage with my build. Here is the problem.We are using the F.A.S.T. ignition system. After installing the crank balancer/spacer with the balance removed(engine is internally balanced), we ran into a problem with the front crank pulley setup. There will be a crank trigger installed and then the pulleys. We can't seem to find one that will mount or match up to the spacer. Spacer is a HiPo Ford piece. Was wondering what we are missing with our search. Everthing that we think will work, is either too small a diameter or the three bolt holes don't match up. Checked with the speed shops for Moroso etc., but without any success. Have had to return each piece that we have ordered. Do we need to look at the marine engines, or is there something that we are missing?? I want a double V belt arrangement to run the alternator and AC. We can't start the bracket fabrication til this is solved.The water pump has been removed for an electric setup, so the alignment is based on the crank pulley placement. The pics I am including are not the best in the world, but should give you an idea of what we are shooting for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check with ASP Racing.
They have marine pulleys and probably make a custom pulley for you.

Couldn't you redrill a 3 bolt pulley? MSD makes a non magnetic pick up, with brackets, that might fire that ignition.

What Spacer- all I see in those pics is a Damper that appears to drilled/tapped to accept both 3 and 4 bolt crank pulleys that have a center location lip as part of the pulley- pretty standard stuff for all 60's 289/302/351w. Are you sure the pulleys the parts guys are trying to sell you are not for a SB Chev- the pcd of the chev 3 bolt pattern is about 1/16" smaller than the ford. Plus as Dave points out its no a big deal to redrill the ford 3 bolt to a 4 bolt pattern in most cases. Even the chev pulley could be used by slotting the holes slightly as long as there is enough material in the pulley to machine a register that suits your damper.

There are three different thickness spacers available drilled for the Ford four bolt dampener/pulley, they are .380, .950 and .875. One of those should work for you. They should be available in any speed shop that sells Ford Motorsport parts.

A late 90s Explorer had a trigger wheel on the balancer. The one I am thinking of was a 302. Was there a 351 available? If so try looking for a balancer for one of them.
