i made this up for my 96-98 quad cam 4.6 , the throttle bodies are from a 2.0 toyota engine.i have not run the engine yet so not sure wether it works . |

Are you going to put a flat plate on top and then install trumpets? This actually looks quite easy to install air cleaners on. | |

at this stage i plan on ram tubes/trumpets and filter socks.i like the old school look in the back window.

by the time i put some trumpets on and not counting my time this setup should owe me around nzd 1750.i could not buy a manifold to suit my engine anyway and im pleased with the end result.

Hi Tobias,
there are two engines you can get them from toyota 4age 101 silvertop and 4age111 blacktop,the blacktop ones are preferable they are 44mm dia instead of 42mm dia.

ask away and i will try and answer,probably will not fire my engine up until the new year all things going well.this credit crunch will not help though,just have to push my arm further under the mattress i suppose.

its thinning out and still got to buy ecu and loom and tune, a bundle of snakes ,finish the inside and paint and finish everything once it is painted.but i think i am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
