Cool spark plug gaps for 302 HO V8

Hi Guys

Can anyone please give me any idea what the correct spark plugs gaps would be for a 302 Ho V8 I have seen gaps from .25 up to .45, what are you using

I typically use .035" unless I have a high energy ignition system and then I will expand that to .045"

Factory recommended gap is .054 for 1991 Mustang 5.0 V8

I have gone for the .54 gap
I am off to the Le Mans Classic on Wednesday driving down, so fingers crossed the old girl will go well on new plugs and gaps
