Silencer for GTD

Hi,

I'm looking for a good silencer for my GTD40 to replace original one. Current one is pretty good for town use as not so loud, but not sure the air flow and stay there for more than 20 years already.
I've noticed while my track day at Fuji Speedway last week that no sound from my GTD thru the video which my friend took.
Any recommendation to have some sounds and good air flow for GTD?

Hi Yuji,
Do you have the original GTD non-crossover system? If so the first thing to do is to get a good cross over manifold to get the correct GT$0 sound.There are lots of pics of manifolds on here that you could get made up. Any decent straight through silencers will work. The bigger the box and the more wadding inside the quieter it will be.

Hi Yuij,
I have also the old silencer and the original GTD40 non-crossover system.
Noticed a lot of glass fibres were glittering in the air coming from the silencer.
Started to get irritated lungs from it and bothering me for months.
The small glass fibres are as bad as asbestos...they get stuck in the lungs.
Best to replace it with stainless steel wool for health reasons...
I used a closed breathing mask to remove the old glass padding/wadding.
Nasty stuff...

My GTD has crossover manifold luckily, so sounds OK and not loud. But looking for good air flow silencer with a bit more sounds? Any suggestion?
