One of my 48IDA's appears to be running rich

Hi,

some background info, I had my engine dynoed by Ken Coleman of EDA someone who I trust implicitly and all was well. However, since being installed in the car I have had a backfire issue, I believe I have proved this to a rich mixture on number 6 cylinder but know nothing about IDA carburetors, or the best way to resolve the issue so all advice gratefully welcomed. Does each carb above each plug lead feed that cylinder?

Steps taken so far.

Took out all the plugs to clean them and noticed plug on cylinder 6 was very sooty and this is on the bank that is backfiring, all plugs cleaned and refitted, with a new plug on cylinder 6. New one got sooty after a short run, changed the leads, around same plug on 6 still got sooty. Pictures attached.

Checked airflow but not sure if this is good or bad video link https://youtu.be/lVSVxG70cA0
