New exhaust we are finishing off on a CAV40

They look rather neat. Looks like inch and three quarter
I presume not close to being equal length on the headers. But aesthetically pleasing.

What DB level do you get?
Also I cannot make out how they are going into the collectors, presume you have the correct orientation to get clockwise and anti-clockwise swirl through the silencer?

Looks like beautiful work. Given the proximity of the headers to the rear carbs, you may wish to put in some heat shielding though.
 
I agree with Pat on the shielding. They are a mite close to the carbs. My suggestion is to consider switching the sides of the carbs, putting the fuel line in the middle. This will decrease the closeness of the fuel line to the pipes. A real consideration for a dead-end fuel line. If this fouls up the linkage then consider running two separate fuel lines. Don't forget an anti reversion plate. The mist will attack the plexi rear screen.
