Rep Power: 11 | Rear Lights What rear lights did the original cars use- the type with the reflector , indicator and brake light in one- look like the Fiat ones that most replicas use- does anyone know? |

Search for "Original Bits", and you will find many original part donors. In the case of MK1 rear lights, they came from a Simca 1000.

Not that I'm particularly proud of my French heritage right now, considering recent world events, but in my original GT40 research, I discovered that a cousin of mine, Herve Bayard, drove one of the original Team France GT40's (1048)to a couple of DNS's and DNF'S. Typical! Just my luck, my name in lights, but a bit short of a winner!
