Lexan, complete information, cut, drill, shape

I have found a website that has everything you ever wanted to know about lexan sheet technology. Lexan is only one name for this type of material. How to drill. Everything from drill bit modification to drill speed and feed rate charts, forming and shapeing with temp rating information, bonding glue types and edge prep, load calulations, Milling how to, aeronatical applications like windscreens, type of saw blade to use and how to modify .
Everything you need to know when doing anything you can think of with lexan type materials.

www.cyro.com

Look in the "Cyro tech knowlogy center" page for 31 pages of infomation. Everyting from aquariams tank calulator to hocky glazing.
