As I understand it there is RF as already mentioned. There is also Tornado in the UK who have been supplying them for years.
MDA also in the UK, although I have not seen one in the flesh yet.
GT40NZ may also be able to supply basic body and chassis via one their people in the US.

THANKS FOR THE LEADS, I WILL CONTACT EACH OF THEM TO SEE WHAT THEY HAVE TO OFFER.I DO NOT WISH TO BUY A COMPLETE ROLLING CAR. I HAVE A HOUSE TO BUILD. SO I WISH TO BUY A LITTLE AT A TIME,THAT WAY I CAN SLIDE IT INTO MY BUDGE.
