RE-WORKED CAV SEATS

Joseph - nice work, they look great.

What a timely set of pics - I am right in the middle of building up a pair of seats based on the really old DRB f/glass shells. They are quite similar to yours in overall shape(but with a narrower headrest), but were too wide at the front (stopped me being able to get at the RHS handbrake). I have narrowed & crossed braced them with extra f/glass, & have just chucked a cheap set of seat covers on for the moment to test the driving position. Your pics show me how to do the foam, so I'll pinch that idea (if you don't mind) & put the covers back on. Once I am happy with the setup, I'll get them professionally finished in leather with the eyelets, etc.
