Ok, had a little fiddle around, the rear edges need a little tweaking (nothing major) but I think I've cracked it...whadya think?

last one, 'bout 1/2 inch gap between the top of the rad and clip there.

Simon, looks OK - perhaps a little low maybe but every car is different.

Make sure you check the nostril panel drops in and has at least 1/4" clearance each side. It probably won't be equal each side.
