Re: Dash eyeballs - trying to find a source.

Hi Paul,

They are 1966 MKIV Zephyr units. I've found a couple of sets over the past few years but they are getting as rare as rocking horse poo. When the MKIV was facelifted in 1967 they went to the eyeballs with the closeable flap incorporated - as found in the MK III and IV Cortinas and the MK II Escorts. I've been asked by several people to keep alook out for some, but my recent searches have proved fruitless.

Cheers,

Brian.

You might want to look at Vintage Air or one of the other A/C web sites for their vent opinings. Most have mechanisms for shutting the air flow down.

Re: Dash eyeballs - trying to find a source.

Hi fellas,
I have already got the Car Builder Solutions vents and they fit perfectly.
They look OK but I would prefer the original style vents if I can find them.
I know a few people that want them also.

This is the beast you are after Paul (albeit a tad dusty!). I'm sorry I can't offer to find you a set as I still have two outstanding orders (I haven't forgotten you Carsten and Marco...)
