Good rough calcs. Will note that the engine with 100% volumetric efficiency displaces 5.0L per two revolutions. Thus for a 6000 RPM redline you would use 3000 in the calculations. Also, the ram air flow is neglecting boundary layer size (thickness) which might be substantial.
