GT40 doors?

Alright, I may get shot down in flames, tied to a stake and burnt or just plain kicked off the GT40 Forum for this one, but what would a GT40 with scissor doors look like?. . . .i have nil photoshop skills, although i may have a crack at it in about 5 years time when i get some free time. I don't know if the door shape would allow it, or if there would be enough room in behind the front wheel well to fit the set up?. . .

Not trying to open a big keep it faithful the the original debate here, just some opinions

Re: GT40 doors?

PR Technology here in Sydney, who specialise in Porsche work, have built a GT40 with doors hinged at the bottom and roof corner, so they open angling forward. Not quite a scissor door, and I don't like it. The car has not been completed yet, as far as I know.

Re: GT40 doors?

They have had to modify the shape of the top and upper side of the gaurd to make it work.

Its not for me.
Somethings should be left alone.
