Rep Power: 34 | RHS Cover I tried a search but came up empty. I'm trying to find pictures of various ways to cover/hide the right hand shifter mechanism and cables/rods. I tried a Google search for originals, but didn't fare any better.
I would like to enclose my RHS somehow that closely resembles the original method. I know I'm limited somewhat, but with all the talent on this forum, someone should have something slick!
Thanks
Bill D

I took the following "research" photos at the NEC last weekend, may be of some use to you.
The first 2 are of 1089 and the second 2 are of 111
Regards
Dave

Some months back I'd inquired with Fran about the same issue. His response (as always) was 'no problem' and he said he'd conjure up something. Although I haven't seen the finished producet yet, am certain by now he has the solution either on one of his computers or a parts shelf.
As an aside, your ride is sure coming together well. It's been really great watching your journey!
Best,
T.

Rep Power: 34 | Re: RHS Cover Great picture Frank! Is the raised portion for the driver to rest his arm on while driving? It looks like it's quite a bit higher than the fuel tank.

I made it out of alloy sheet then had it covered it worked out well but not to hard to make it look original if you had to.
