Colour codes #1078 ???

Hallo,

Tried ín another part of this Forum but just received one answer.

May be better to ask in this section ?

looking for detailed pictures of the #1078 original car.
It is owned by Claude Nahum. it is gulf flared, darkblue ( a color similar to Ron McCalls car) with with stripes and gumball. It has black BRM´s with hexnut central locks.
I would love to have more detailed pictures from all kind of views.
Would also appreciate the colour codes of the current colour scheme ( i don´t think it is the original one).

Ron , I like the number 60 car in the top photo also. To bad it looks like the CHEVY powered Lolas are getting ready to lap it again !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I may be wrong, but the color sure looks a lot like Guardsman Blue, PPG 12832.

Ron , Thanks for all the pics.
This car is one mean looking machine. You know that i´m fond of the real racer´s look ( like your car). I ordered the enthusiast´s calender 2008 where this car is featured.

Chuck: Thanks for the color code, i always thought guardsman blue is less gray, but can be mistaken by the different photo shots.
Do you have any picture of another car or a color template in order to compare ?
BTW: What is the status of your build?

Half full or half empty, I think he just outbraked them and they try to come in on the line again. They have to be carefull that the big fat C is not ctching them.

Tom, my Cobra Daytona Coupe is painted with the Guardsman Blue. I crossed referenced from Dupont to PPG. Here is the code right off the can. PPG DBC 12832 H Pacific Blue Poly (F)
It's a base coat/clear coat system. A one gallon can of the clear was $400.00.
