First off Ron if this is in the wrong forum, sorry,
I need ideas on how to change the way that my GTD front bonet pivots the original hinge is poor at best, so I thought I should ask what else others have done, and take advantage of the wealth of info that is on the web sight. Any info or pics, of what anyone else has done will be helpful.

Bob, I make lift off hinges ( similar to those on the back of the original cars ) that allow the front clip to rotate 90 degrees to vertical then just lift off, Frank

How does you solution compare to the Tornado design. Do you still have a cross-bar on the front & rear clams? Any photos would be appreciated
