Harness Bar Eyelet Placement

I have decided to remake my harness bar. How far apart do people recomend the eyelets being? The original one I made, I felt that they were a little far apart on the first one I made.

If wearing a HANS device - I'd close them up to 6" centers..

Hi Brett,

You may want to talk to Mick Sollis. The IVA testers in Southampton don't like the eyelets pulling on the threads and insist on them being vertical. Mick does a special bracket that solves the issue.

Mick provided me with the metal bar, so its out with the lathe and cut and grind for me next Monday Its just where to put the verticals in relation to the seat centre point
